The motorized microscope kit with 4-line TIRF illuminator Ixplore total internal reflection fluorescence (TIRF) microscopy utilizes the unique properties of an induced evanescent field in the specimen region adjacent to the interface between two media with different refractive indices. This microscopy technique is commonly used for single particle tracking.

Live-cell imaging of densely labeled endogenously Halo-Tagged telomeric protein shows overall protein localization and its abundance in cells.

Live-cell single-molecule imaging of endogenously Halo-Tagged telomeric protein captures the dynamics and fractions of studied protein at telomeres.
